Universal Maintenance Oil is used to nourish and enhance the sheen of surfaces finished with Rubio Monocoat Oil, increasing the sheen from a natural matte to approximately satin. It may also be used as a primer to convert surfaces coated with other oils to a Rubio Monocoat oil finish. This is the Pure version, which contains no pigments.
Universal Maintenance Oil Details:
- Restores the satin sheen of surfaces finished with Rubio Monocoat
- Use annually or bi-annually, or just before the color of the original finish fades
- Easy to apply; 0% VOC; dries in just 6-8 hours
- If color restoration is required, perform a renovation using Oil Plus 2C in the original color
Note: Once Universal Maintenance Oil has been applied to a surface, future maintenance must be performed using Universal Maintenance Oil.
