Rubio Monocoat Pre-Aging, 100ml

Rubio Pre-Aging is a water-based pre-treatment option that gives wood an aged appearance. Available in 10 shades, the color spectrum ranges from light to dark, with options that look either fumed or smoked, and all colors can be mixed with each other to create custom looks. Rubio Pre-Aging is non-reactive, meaning it can be used to age almost any wood, not just woods with high tannin content. Once dry, it won't interfere with the molecular bonding technology of topcoats such as Oil Plus 2C (e.g. #73723, sold separately).

Note: This product is a pre-treatment and does not protect the wood. It must be combined with Rubio Monocoat finishing products for maximum protection.

Applicator Note: A brush works well for application on the small projects common in woodworking shops. For large surfaces like floors, see the application instructions.
