For operations like routing rabbets and dados, setting up your fence requires a high degree of precision. That's where the micro-adjustability of our ProMax Fence is a huge convenience. It replaces all that bumping and tapping of the fence with one simple knob that dials in the perfect setting for rabbets, dados, grooves and clean, snipe-free jointed cuts. The included jointer bars bump out the left side of the fence by 1/32'', useful if you don't own a jointer, or you need an ultra-clean edge, without mill marks. The ProMax Fence fits all Rockler router tables, past and present, and it has all the other features customers have grown to love about Rockler fences: fast adjustments with Easy-to-Grip knobs, adjustable sub-fences, T-tracks for accessories, and dead straight, dead square machining.
Features:
- Hinge mechanism on outfeed end allows micro-adjustment in or out with the turn of a knob
- Knob on top locks in fence setting so it doesn't move while routing
- Internal spring maintains tension in micro-adjust mechanism to minimize backlash
- Included jointing rods slide behind outfeed fence face to move it out 1/32'', allowing you to use your router table to straighten or clean up board edges
- Rugged extruded aluminum body with anodized finish and adjustable melamine-coated MDF fence faces for maximum support across the throat
- Fence faces are adjusted easily with the onboard T-handle hex wrench
- Two universal T-Tracks—one on top and one on the back—accept 1/4'' and 5/16'' T-bolts as well as 1/4'' hex bolts
- T-tracks are perfect for hold-downs, stops, featherboards and more
- Includes heavy-duty bit guard and custom 2-1/2'' diameter dust collection port
- Comfortable Easy-to-Grip knobs with rubber overmolds
