Outfeed support behind your band saw is essential when cutting long, heavy stock, but a fixed-in-place outfeed table can take up unnecessary space. That's where our Rock-Steady Folding Band Saw Outfeed Kit can help make the outfeed table you build more convenient to use and store! Made of durable, heavy-gauge steel, the kit includes a telescoping leg that adjusts from 30'' to 47'' tall in 1'' increments by simply pushing a paddle lever and extending or retracting the leg to match the height you need. A pair of self-leveling, adjustable feet on a wide base improve stability and accommodate uneven floor surfaces. Two mounting brackets bolt to your band saw's table, and mating brackets attach to the underside of the outfeed table. Their interlocking design enables the outfeed table to be set in place behind the saw and secured with tethered pins. Bolt-style microadjusters fine-tune the outfeed table's height to match the precise height of your saw table. The leg locks in place when the outfeed table is raised to its upright position, or close and lock the leg to tip the table down. Just pull the tethered pins if you wish to remove the table altogether for storing it off the saw.

Note: Compatible only with 14'' or larger band saws. You will need to drill two 11/32''-diameter through holes in the back edge of your band saw's table to mount the kit's brackets. You will also need to build your own outfeed table that measures at least 3/4'' thick x 36'' long.
