This package includes our premium cast iron top, the Pro Fence, featuring jointer bars, taller knobs and a dust port, plus our Rock-Steady steel stand (#68204). To complete your order, choose a lift or plate (see below). Nothing beats cast iron when it comes to a sag-free, dead flat surface and reliable performance year in and year out. A one-piece top weighing in at over 50 pounds and measuring a full 32'' wide, it provides vibration-dampening heft for the smoothest possible cuts. Spin the largest bits your plate and router can accept—the table won't bat an eye. Premium features include our dual-track accessory/miter slot, 10-point plate leveling system and pre-tapped holes to accept our optional Dust Right Dust Bucket, Dado Dust Chute and included Steel Stand. The Rockler 32'' Pro Fence features a precision-milled aluminum backbone, an integrated jointing system, tall fence knobs for comfortable adjustments, and an included 2-1/2'' dust port.
Features:
- Strong, durable 1-1/2'' thick solid cast iron table is machined flat and weighs over 50 pounds to reduce vibration for smooth routing results
- 32'' x 24'' tabletop provides more than five square feet of work surface and is designed to stand up to heavy use
- Dual Track with Universal T-track and ''T'' miter slot is machined directly into the table's surface
- 10-point plate-leveling and locking system maintains a perfectly flush surface and prevents plate from shifting during cut
- Underside of tabletop features tapped holes (and included screws) for mounting Dust Right Dust Bucket (#56248, sold separately), Dado Dust Chute (#57495, sold separately), and the included Steel Stand
- One-piece aluminum fence frame is fully machined on the front and bottom surfaces, ensuring the ProFence is flat, true and square
- Melamine-coated sub-fences adjust without tools, perfect for zero-clearance setup
- Jointer bars slide into slots in the fence to shave off material in precise increments
- Elevated fence knobs provide easier access to adjustments from the front of the table
- Pro Fence includes heavy-duty bit guard and dust port on the back of the fence
- Pro Fence also features Universal T-tracks that accept 1/4'' and 5/16'' T-bolts as well as 1/4'' hex bolts - perfect for hold-downs, stops and other accessories such as featherboards
- Top is pre-drilled for the included Rockler Rock-Steady Router Table Steel Stand
- Heavy-duty steel stand with powder-coat finish: 14-gauge for stretchers, 10-gauge for legs
- Holes in legs are spaced 32mm apart for attaching optional hinge brackets, drawer slide/shelf brackets and panels
TO COMPLETE YOUR PACKAGE, ADD A LIFT OR A PLATE.
Two lifts are available—both include their own plate:
- The Pro Lift, which accepts large router motors up to 4.2'' in diameter (optional reducers available), and features 2-speed Quick-Gear lifting action, Snap-Lock insert rings and a 3/8'' aluminum plate.
- The SL Lift, which accepts mid-sized 3-1/2'' router motors, and features Snap-Lock insert rings and a 3/8'' phenolic plate.
If you DON'T need a lift, plates are available in two materials:
- Aluminum Pro Plates, 1/4'' thick, for the ultimate in flatness and stability
- Phenolic Plates, 3/8'' thick, for low cost and low friction
- All plates measure 8-1/4'' x 11-3/4'' and include a pattern routing pin and a 1-1/2'' ID insert ring. Additional insert ring sizes are available separately. Plates A & B accept Standard-sized (4'') rings. Plates C & D accept Large-sized (4-3/8'') rings.
To choose a pre-drilled plate, find your router below. Note that you may have to drill for the height adjustment rod on your router, if it has one. We are not able to pre-drill for all possible rod locations, since that would compromise the stiffness of the plates.
If your router is not listed: Choose the non-drilled plate with a 4'' insert ring (#57293) and drill the plate to fit your router.
