Festool green polishing pads do not have holes and are slightly smaller than sanding pads to prevent accidental contact with the polished surface. This model fits 90mm Festool polishers and sanders like the RO 90 DX. However, it's actual diameter is only 75mm, and is designed to accept 80mm polishing media, such as the 80mm polishing felts (e.g. 43229 and #43230, sold separately), as well as sponges and sheepskin. The StickFix fastening system allows for quick media changes. Tool-free pad changes allows switching from sanding to polishing quickly and easy.
