Leigh TD330 Through Dovetail Jig

Ensure a snug fit of your pins and tails with the Leigh TD330 Through Dovetail Router Jig. Thanks to the included elliptical guide bushing, dialing in the perfect fit is as easy as turning the bushing to the left or right. The jig works with either your handheld router or your router table, and handles workpieces up to 12-7/8'' wide x 1/8'' to 13/16'' thick. You can use it to join boards of the same thickness for a wide range of boxes, chests and case goods, or different thicknesses, a common requirement for drawers with exposed tails. The template attaches to a simple shop-made beam. You'll need two clamps to fix your work in place, and depending on your router, you made need an adapter for a standard PC-style guide bushing.

Important Note: Your router must be able to accept a standard PC-style 1-3/8'' O.D. guide bushing. Adapters are commonly available. For router table use, you will need an insert ring that accepts the same PC-style guide bushing.
