This rail-and-stile set includes everything you need to create raised-panel doors of nearly any size. The stile and rail cutters are full-height cutters. This means that if you jog your router table fence, they can be used to joint off saw marks — no need to sand or joint before routing. In addition, they feature guide bearings for template work such as arch-top doors. The panel raiser features a 5/8" radius ogee profile that goes well with the beaded profile on the stick work. All bits have sturdy 1/2" shanks for minimal chatter. Uses set up jig item #53779 for included Bead Stile, and Rail #91947.

If a Rockler Router bit fails to perform for any reason we will replace it. No proof of purchase required. Exchange the product at your local Rockler retail store or mail it to Rockler at 4365 Willow Dr. Medina MN 55340. Name and address must be included in the package to process the exchange.
