The deeply curved blade on Flexcut's Single-Bevel Sloyd Hook Knife is perfect for hollowing spoons and bowls. The blade is sharpened on one edge, and is carefully pre-honed all the way to the keenly pointed tip. For added strength, the tang extends completely through the hardwood cherry handle. A brass ferrule adds strength at the attachment point. The overall length of this knife is 8'' with a radius of 1/2''. Made in USA.
