The belt was fine but it did not fit. My husband threw them out.

This replacement belt goes on easily if you follow the instructions! Once I got it on I was able to go to work immediately and build a replacement part on the lathe for a project I have been trying to complete.

Where are the instructions on how to replace?
How to replace the belt. -Remove protective cover plate (not referenced in the parts list) from the headstock end of #1-Bed. This allows access to the motor pulley. -Loosen #33 Socket Head Screw and move #31 Motor Plate upward to take tension off #26 Drive Belt. -Remove #20 Back Lid from #19 Headstock. This allows access to #25 Drive Pulley. -Loosen #28 Set Screw ...and remove #22 Balance Wheel (left hand threading). This allows access to #14 Headstock Spindle. -Carefully, with wooden mallet or other means that will not damage the threading, drive out the #14 Headstock Spindle toward the center of the bed. -Install new belt on #25 Drive Pulley. -Reverse these steps to reassemble.

does this drive belt fit a turncrafter model #TCLPRO?

I'm sorry, but I really don't know, I assume that it will because so many of those Chinese mini lathes are all made from the same plan.

Will this fit the central machine lathe(10-18)? Model 65345.

This belt generically is a "240J3" or a "240J Poly-V belt with 3 ribs". The 240 is the length in tenths of inches; so 24" long. The "J" specifies the height profile and the rib spacing; and then the 3 specifies how many ribs with that spacing. Hope this is of help.

Is this belt a ZTCL3-26 or the replacement for it? I bought the PSI Woodworking Turn Crafter Pro. Model#TCL Pro at a garage sale and the belt is missing. I need to replace it.

I bought and used this belt on my bench top MC 1018 lathe and it fit just fine. I am not familiar with the model you listed in the question
