Deulen Sharpening Jigs eliminate the cost and down-time of sending your jointer and planer knives away for sharpening, AND they bring the "scary sharp" sandpaper sharpening method to power tools. The process couldn't get any simpler. Just pop your planer or jointer knives into the two brass slots, cinch down the lock nuts, and with a few strokes on progressively finer sheets of sandpaper, you'll have an edge that rivals that of the finest handplanes. The jigs are available in 6" and 12" lengths for knives up to 16" in length, and the jigs can also be doubled up for longer knives. 18" long strips of PSA sandpaper are available below to be adhered to your own piece of plate glass, granite, or other flat sharpening surface.
