Horrible slides.
These over priced and over complicated drawer slides failed on me 40% of the time. I got better, simpler, much more reliable soft close slides at Home Depot. I will never buy anything from rockler again. One of the worst CS experiences of my life.

No "lifetime" with these!
Long story short - it took me over a year to get around to completing the project I had ordered these for. Upon opening the packages, small bit of plastic fell out - the ends of cabinet pieces which hold everything together. Rockler's response was "no refunds or returns" due to the length of time. The fact that the package is clearly labeled "lifetime" apparently doesn't mean what I thought it meant. I ordered from a different source, and am completely satisfied with the new slides.

inconsistent performance
Installing these slides is not difficult. However, the push-to-release mechanisms are not uniform in their responsiveness and operation. I will be looking for another product to provide smooth, quiet, and consistent service.
