With Aventos HK-XS, opening upward swinging cabinet doors couldn't be any simpler. Just open the door, and it stays open at any angle so you can use both hands to lift out the items you need. With the door up and out of the way, you get an unobstructed view and full access to the cabinet interior. The lift mechanism is easily fine-tuned to the weight of your door with just a screwdriver (see Technical Details for how to select the proper lift strength). Once adjusted, it will hold any position, every time. These convenience packs from Rockler include everything you need for installation: lift mechanism, mounting brackets and screws. They are intended for face frame cabinets, and include the appropriate brackets for attachment to the face frame. The lifts are sold singly, and each can be mounted on either the left or the right. Hinges are sold separately; we recommend either CLIP top BLUMotion or Compact BLUMotion hinges.
Features:
- Ideal for short upper cabinets and cabinets with low internal depth, e.g. above the oven hood
- Door stays open at any position, ensuring that it won't rise up out of reach
- Allows full access to the inside of the cabinet
- Easy assembly; simple fine tuning
- Symmetrical design can be used on one or both sides of the cabinet, depending on your needs
- Use with CLIP top BLUMOTION or COMPACT BLUMOTION hinges (sold separately) for silent and effortless closing
