The authentic brass cartridge used in this kit was first developed in the early 1900s for the Browning, a .50 caliber machine gun commonly used in the military. The completed pen makes an excellent gift for military veterans, hunters and gun enthusiasts. Bullet pen uses a single 7mm tube, and a Cross style ballpoint mechanism. The length of the turned section can be varied from 1-3/16'' to 1-7/8'' to suit your taste. Overall size varies from 5-1/2'' to 6-3/8''.
